Declutter Writing Utensils
- Sort through your collection of pens, markers, pencils, etc.
- Test and toss those that don't work.
- Cut your collection down, if possible. You can always donate extras that are still usable to schools. I know I love it when kids bring in pencils, pens, and highlighters for our class stash.
- If you have a set of something that you don't need in your pencil cup, find a new home for it.
- Sharpen pencils.
- Don't forget to check the junk drawer. :)

AMEN! If every one of my parents did this, I would have a never ending supply of pens & pencils!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea!!! I'm going to do this and I think it will help my household out a lot; my son will have plenty of pencils for school and homework and I won't have to continue to go out and buy pens, pencils, markers, etc.
ReplyDeleteTiffany! Just messaging you to let you know that all I see are "Photobucket" images everywhere because you exceeded your account limit. That just means you're THAT popular! Hopefully you can get this fixed soon :)
ReplyDeleteExcited about this series... and also agree with Annie!
ReplyDeleteI have a few friends who are teachers that are going to be very happy that you posted this... and that I read it. When I gathered all my writing utensils together, I was a little shocked. They actually filled up one of my medium fabric bins from Target. Donations!
