I can officially say that I love Crate & Barrel. Last night I was invited to the preview of the new Crate & Barrel store opening today in Murray, Utah at Fashion Place Mall. It was too much fun. Chris and I browsed the store, taking in everything Crate & Barrel had to offer. They seriously have some of the nicest Christmas decorations I've ever seen.

We didn't purchase anything, but got some Christmas gift ideas on things to purchase for one another (he wants a cookie sheet, lol). Before leaving the event, we were both given goodie bags with Crate & Barrel products. So sweet!

We ate dinner at the new Red Rock restaurant at Fashion Place Mall and then browsed the stores inside. (There's a new Yankee Candle Store - and we each got to pick out a votive candle in any scent for free - just for visiting!) Fashion Place Mall has sure come a long way since we last visited just a few months ago.

Here's the scoop if you're a local Salt Lake City reader: Today, at 10 AM, Crate & Barrel is opening to the public (along with a handful of other new stores at Fashion Place Mall). This is the first Crate & Barrel store in Utah. Crate & Barrel offers housewares, furniture, and seasonal accessories. The 18,000 square foot store is absolutely gorgeous.

And, as part of Crate & Barrel's grand opening celebration, they are welcoming local residents the chance to win the Thanksgiving of their dreams with a $5,000 Thanksgiving Giveaway! (LOVE IT!) The winner of the giveaway will receive all of the necessary elements of the perfect Thanksgiving, from a new dining set to an elaborate meal of gourmet delights from Whole Foods.
