Thank you to My Memories & everyone who entered! =]

I used to scrapbook, but then it just became too expensive and time consuming to do. I didn't have time (or energy) to pull everything out, create something spectacular, and then have to put it all away again. Digital scrapbooking - now that's something I can do!
My Memories Suite is an easy to use digital scrapbooking software. I love that I can purchase the kits that I want, and use them over and over again. (So much more affordable than purchasing tons of paper and embellishments to use once and be done.) The software has lots of great features - embellishments, background paper, word art, and you can even add video and multimedia!
Of course, the first thing I created was a calendar for my classroom. I'm going to use it to track absences. Simple, yet super cute because my dog is on it. =]
You can view the My Memories gallery on their website to see what amazing creations their users have shared.
There are a lot of free templates, embellishments, papers, etc. that comes with the software, so you can start creating as soon as you install the software. I'm definitely going to be making templates, printing, and framing them for gifts this year.
Here's the cover to an album I'm just starting about Chris and me. Cute, huh? (And it's with a free template that came with the software.)
I like the idea of digital scrapbooking software. It's easy to use. It doesn't make a mess. I can do it anywhere. It's the perfect creative outlet for someone like me who's looking to preserve my memories digitally so I don't have the clutter, supplies, etc. sitting around in my home, unused.

I love the "My Little Monster" kit. The colors are bright and I love when the pages pop with color! I used to also scrapbook ALL the time and absolutely loved it, but with school and then work, it just got too time consuming...and not to mention expensive.
